Often the guests' table-space is an issue at Jeffrey's Restaurant. My bronze cork presenters along with our bottle underliners, sometimes, take up too much room. Four tops, sharing appetizers and wine, are especially challenging to serve.

I asked Anne to design a new cork presenter of cloth. She created these from Japanese linen and cotton. I use the cloth presenters when table-space is an issue or when two or more bottles are being presented at once.

Her new design is also just large enough to double as a bottle underliner, for the ocassions when space is extra tight. I love these new cloth presenters. They make it easier on me and create a better experience for the guest.

Don't get me wrong. I still love using the bronze cork presenters, which she and I designed in 2006. As awesome as these are, you know, sometimes they just don't work!
