The Austin Wine Merchant just put Mata Hari Absinthe on sale for $39.99 normally it's $52.50. Mata Hara is probably the most accessible Absinthe to my palate. The sale price is probably just a hair above their cost.

Any bar or restaurant playing with this should nab it before it goes. For those of you non-service professionals this is a great intro to the famed elixir. I highly suggest picking up a bottle.
